Winter Star Party

West Summerland Key, FL

Meade will be on hand with Greg Bragg -VP of Sales - Specialty Channel, Chris Morrison - VP of Consumer Solutions, Gary Creason and local Rep Chuck Pisa. We plan to have an LX200 16", LX200 12", LX90 10", the New LS-8", LS 6", LightBridge 16" and a host of Coronado products for solar and evening demonstrations. TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT.

This exciting two day events features more than 100 on-site vendors; world-renowned speakers; astro imagining workshops; daily solar observing; STARLAB planetarium shows; beginner astronomy classes; space and astronomy events for kids. Meade will be showing a complete selection of our products along with our newest addition - the LS 8".

Texas Star Party

6 miles NW of Ft. Davis, TX on the Prude Ranch Meade rejoins this exciting and great dark sky event. We plan to bring a terrific selection of our greatest scopes for your viewing pleasure along with the NEW LS 8". Join us for solar and evening viewing. Meet Greg Bragg - VP of Sales - Specialty Channel, Gary Creason and local rep Herb Toal for demonstrations and expert advise on our telescopes. The skies in the Davis Mountains are the darkest found in N. America. Enjoy tours of McDonald Observatory; talks by amateur and pro astronomers; Prude Ranch activities; tour Big Bend National Park; Carlsbad Caverns; fellowship with over 500 enthusiasts.
May 14-16 RTMC YMCA Camp Oakes, Big Bear, CA This is the 42nd annual RTMC Expo. This event date marks a significant change from the traditional Memorial Day weekend. Enjoy the NEW MOON for excellent star gazing. We plan to demonstrate and offer solar and evening viewing from a complete selection of our greatest scopes for your viewing pleasure along with the NEW LS 8".

Sept 10-12 Black Forest Star Party Cherry Springs State Park, Potter Ct, PA Presented by the Pennsylvania Observers. One of the darkest skies we've been to. Join us as we demonstrate our product under the vendor's tent during the day and under the stars at night.
